We are looking for a Junior Creative Content Manager to strengthen our Creative Content team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.   Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.   In this role, you will: Create engaging and original content across various platforms (e.g., social media, blog, website, email). Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure consistent brand messaging in line with company's brand voice. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of content. Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content creation. Analyse content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date on the latest content marketing trends and technologies.   What we expect of you: Passionate about crafting compelling narratives and engaging content. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 17 Eur/h (~1760 Eur—~2720Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
