Our organisational culture is based on mutual trust and respect as well as creating synergy with our employees and clients.  Currently, Teltonika USA is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our office in Irving, Texas. In this position, you will belong to EMS team.    In this role, you will:  Contribute to market research, including identify target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth.  Build relationships with new clients through daily contacting, cold calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis.  Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals.  Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent electronics manufacturing.  Work and report to sales group manager and collaborate with Key account managers for mutual results.  Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing field.  Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).  An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality.  The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the market.  Strong presentation, business communication skills.  Excellent negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management.  Driving license and ability to travel
