Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is seeking a Field Operator for a client in the Water treatment plant. As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the field, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility. You will operate and monitor equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves, perform routine maintenance and inspections, diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Collaboration with team members to optimize production and minimize downtime is crucial. If you have previous experience as a Field Operator or related role, knowledge of oil and gas industry equipment and processes, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently under pressure, we encourage you to apply. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Field Operator or related role is preferred - Knowledge of Water treatment plant industry equipment and processes - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work in varying shifts and travel to different locations as required
