Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Field Operator to join our team within the Water treatment plant . As a Field Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operations of various equipment in the field. Your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring field equipment, including pumps, compressors, and valves. Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Diagnosing and addressing operational issues as they arise. Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Documenting and reporting any equipment failures or safety concerns. Collaborating with team members to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic environment and have the technical knowledge and hands-on experience, we encourage you to apply. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Field Operator or in a similar position. Experience in chemical plant or sea water pump station or wastewater treatment plant etc Strong technical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed.
