The Foreman, Rewinding will play a crucial role in overseeing the rewinding processes for electric motors and generators, ensuring that work is carried out with precision and in accordance with safety standards. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the rewinding operations, ensuring quality control at every stage. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices during the rewinding process. Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role related to electrical rewinding or similar trades. In-depth knowledge of rewinding methods, materials, and equipment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
