Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in Utilities Maintenance to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in petrochemical operations who are looking to leverage their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of utilities systems within the petrochemical sector, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and operation of utilities equipment including steam generation, water treatment, air compressors, cooling towers, and other related systems. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of utilities equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and incident reports. Participate in risk assessments and safety audits related to utilities operations. Keep abreast of advancements in utilities technology and apply best practices in maintenance and operations. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in utilities maintenance within the petrochemical industry. Strong knowledge of steam generation, water treatment, air and gas compressors, and cooling systems. Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical failures and implementing effective solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and operations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with relevant industry safety and environmental regulations. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
