Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Project Management Engineer specializing in the Oil & Gas industry to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage oil and gas projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project phases align with company objectives, budgets, and timelines. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions and develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are met Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers Facilitate project meetings and document all key decisions and actions Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas sector Proven experience in managing large and complex projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred
