As a Scheduling Engineer at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of project activities. Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Monitor project progress and track key milestones. Identify and analyze schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery. Provide regular updates and reports on project schedules to project managers and stakeholders. Continuously improve scheduling processes and methodologies. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling within the oil and gas industry. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
