Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site HSE Specialist (Superintendent) for a construction project. The Site HSE Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment on site. Responsibilities To lead and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international safety standards. Implement and enforce the project’s HSE plan, procedures, and policies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, OSHA, NEBOSH, and other relevant standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Prepare and submit incident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans. Maintain records of safety performance and incident statistics. Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for site personnel. Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement activities. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters. Participate in HSE meetings, emergency drills, and safety reviews. Ensure proper use of PPE, signage, and safety equipment on-site. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial and Saudi ARAMCO projects. Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, and emergency response. Proficiency in MS Office, incident tracking systems, and reporting tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Saudi ARAMCO approval is required.
