Eram Talent is seeking a qualified Mechanical Piping Supervisor with Aramco approval to join our team in the Oil and Energy industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee piping installation and maintenance operations on major projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. The successful candidate will be integral in supervising the performance of the piping construction team, coordinating with various disciplines, and ensuring high-quality work output. The Mechanical Piping Supervisor will be responsible for effectively communicating project requirements and schedules to team members and clients, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks on-site. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities To supervise and coordinate all piping and mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems, mechanical equipment, and supports  Supervise subcontractors and site crews to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety protocols  Monitor welding, NDT, hydrotesting, and mechanical assembly activities. Review and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and layout plans. Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure smooth workflow. Plan daily and weekly work schedules and allocate resources accordingly. Conduct inspections and verify quality of work, including welds, supports, and mechanical installations Enforce safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks and safety audits. Maintain daily progress reports, inspection logs, and punch lists. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation. Track material usage and report shortages or delays. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8–10 years of experience in piping and mechanical supervision, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, Saudi ARAMCO projects or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of welding procedures, NDT, hydrotesting, and mechanical systems. Experience in PMC Projects are desirable. Strong knowledge of piping design, installation procedures, and relevant codes and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
