Eram Talent is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Program Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and analyzing data programs to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. As a Data Program Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various teams to translate raw data into meaningful insights, ultimately contributing to the success of our initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in the design, implementation, and management of data programs aimed at collecting and analyzing vital information. Collect and manage data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes. Analyze program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Support stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data sharing and communication. Prepare presentations and reports to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and program management. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or program management. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
