Eram Talent is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Field Maintenance Advisor to join a leading company in Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will provide expert advice and support on maintenance strategies and practices, optimizing the operational performance of equipment and facilities in the field. Relevant experience in building safety, construction, inspection, or fire protection engineering is required. Bachelor’s degree in any of the below : Structural Engineering Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Instrumentation Electronics Mechanical Engineering Fire Protection Civil Engineering Architecture Architectural Engineering Occupational Health and Safety 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles, with significant experience in a field advisory or supervisory capacity. Ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings. Ability to review and verify material and equipment specifications against standard requirements. Professional Certifications related to inspection of building safety, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings. Demonstrate ability to inspect and evaluate existing buildings against codes and standards requirements. Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
