Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Power Transmission to join our team. As a Supervisor Power Transmission, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operation and maintenance of power transmission systems to ensure reliable and efficient power delivery. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and operational procedures. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and maintenance of power transmission systems. Coordinate and oversee the work of technicians and contractors in the field. Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of power transmission infrastructure. Identify and troubleshoot issues within power transmission systems. Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and maintenance records. Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize system performance. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in power transmission with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of power transmission systems and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in safety regulations and industry standards. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
