Eram Talent is searching for an experienced Estimation Engineer with a focus on Project Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost estimates for various project phases Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial control Collaborate with project managers and teams to assess project specifications and requirements Evaluate and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies as needed Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery Stay updated with industry standards and market trends to maintain competitive advantage Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10+ years of experience in estimation engineering, with a focus on project management in Oil & Gas Projects. Strong understanding of cost estimation techniques and project management principles Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
