A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Drilling Rig Foreman for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. As a leading talent acquisition company, specializes in providing exceptional recruitment services for various industries, including Oil & Gas. In this role, you will oversee and manage drilling operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols; Manage all aspects of drilling operations, working closely with the drilling engineer and project management; Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams and stakeholders; Maintain accurate drilling records and documentation; Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement; Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to crew members; Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety standards. Thirteen (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig. -OR- B.S. degree in Engineering with Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig. Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
