Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy specializing in the fields of engineering and technical recruitment, is on the hunt for a skilled Commissioning & Start Up Engineer (I&C) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to oversee the commissioning process for various engineering projects. Our focus is on connecting highly qualified professionals with major clients across diverse sectors, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: To plan, execute, and oversee the Pre-commissioning and commissioning of systems and equipment in construction projects, ensuring they operate according to design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure readiness for commissioning. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the commissioning process. Supervise the installation, testing, and start-up of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Conduct functional tests, performance evaluations, and system verifications. Identify and troubleshoot issues during commissioning and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test reports, punch lists, and handover package. Ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards before final handover. Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Pre-commissioning and commissioning within construction, industrial and preferably Saudi ARAMCO projects. Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control systems. Strong understanding of commissioning best practices and methodologies. Experience in leading commissioning teams and managing complex engineering projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict timelines. Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and commissioning.
