Responsibilities Monitor and operate water treatment plants, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of plant equipment Adjust operational procedures to optimize water treatment efficiency Respond to alarms and abnormal operating conditions, implementing corrective measures as needed Document plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality tests Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and enhance operational efficiency Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is preferred Experience in water treatment processes, plant operations & Water Utility Maintenance Strong understanding of water utility regulations and environmental compliance Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and make informed decisions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in rotating shifts, as necessary
