Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated and experienced Career Counselor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to develop their careers and achieve their professional goals. You will leverage your expertise to help clients identify their strengths, explore job opportunities, and navigate the job market effectively. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess clients' career interests, skills, and aspirations. Provide personalized career advice and strategies for job search, resume writing, and interview preparation. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on career development topics, including job market trends and networking. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support. Research and stay updated on industry trends, job opportunities, and employment resources. Assist clients in developing actionable career plans and goals. Collaborate with educational institutions and employers to connect clients with potential job openings. Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in career counseling or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Knowledge of job market trends and recruitment practices, particularly in Saudi Arabia. Proficient in using career assessment tools and resources. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
