Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled Drilling Engineer for our client in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry, and this is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a drilling engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing drilling programs, optimizing drilling operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve drilling performance and efficiency. Responsibilities Design and implement drilling programs and procedures. Optimize drilling processes to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborate with geologists, geoscientists, and reservoir engineers to develop well plans and drilling strategies. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for operational improvements. Monitor drilling costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Supervise drilling operations and provide technical support to drilling crews. Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a drilling engineer in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, systems, and technologies. Familiarity with drilling software and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Availability to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as required.
