Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to join our team. As a division of the ERAM Group, Eram Talent is a leading talent acquisition company that specializes in providing recruitment solutions for various industries, including Oil & Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of drilling operations, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times. Responsibilities Manage and lead a drilling crew, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols; Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with on-site management; Ensure timely completion of drilling operations and optimize resources to meet production targets; Coordinate with maintenance personnel for regular servicing and maintenance of drilling equipment; Maintain accurate drilling records and reports; Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize the environmental impact of drilling activities; Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. B.S. degree in Engineering with Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig. Thirteen (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig. Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques; Ability to read and interpret technical documents; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions under pressure; Good physical condition and able to work in remote locations and harsh weather conditions.
