Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Reporting Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will facilitate the transformation of data into actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support informed decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance. Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to present findings clearly and concisely. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand their reporting needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and note trends over time to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure accuracy of reports and troubleshoot issues with data or reporting processes. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business objectives. Provide training and guidance to team members on report interpretation and usage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role. Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
