Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess workplace safety conditions. Support in training employees on health and safety practices and procedures. Help investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and internal standards. Provide support in the preparation of health and safety reports for management. Collaborate with various departments to promote health and safety awareness. Stay updated on health and safety regulations and industry best practices. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in health and safety roles. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus. Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
