A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a knowledgeable Contract Advisor specializing in the Oil & Gas sector to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in contract negotiation, management, and compliance within the oil and gas industry. As a Contract Advisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating agreements that align with our clients' strategic objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory standards are met. If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to oil and gas operations, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant with regulatory standards. Identify and manage risks associated with contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies. Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues as they arise. Provide training and support to team members on contract negotiation and management processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts and related activities. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management outlining the status and performance of contracts. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ of experience in contract management within the oil and gas sector. In-depth understanding of contract law and the legal implications of contracts in the industry. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to contract review and management. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
