Eram Talent is actively recruiting for a Document Controller to support our operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the documentation management process, ensuring that all project's documents are systematically controlled and maintained to support project requirements effectively. This position is ideal for someone who possesses strong organizational skills and is adept at leveraging document control systems to facilitate efficient document processing and retrieval. As a Document Controller, you will manage the flow of documents, ensuring that they are received, tracked, and stored securely and accurately, thus allowing project teams to operate smoothly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.). Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within the construction, contracting company or engineering industry. Relevant experience as a document controller for management preferably with Saudi Aramco or Saudi Aramco contracting company Familiarity with document management software, particularly Aconex or similar systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
