Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition consultancy specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a highly motivated Scheduling Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The Scheduling Engineer Fully Familiar of Scheduling and Planning requirements for the Oil and Gas Capital Project FEL/FEED, Detailed Design, Materials Procurement , Construction, Pre-commissioning. Power BI skills intermediate level. Responsibilities Create, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to gather necessary information for schedule development Analyze schedule performance and identify potential risks or delays Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling status to stakeholders Facilitate project meetings to discuss schedule updates and changes Implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule-related issues Maintain detailed documentation of project schedules and changes Bachelor's degree in engineering, Civil or Mechanical. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the Oil & Gas sector Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Strong understanding of oil and gas project lifecycle and scheduling methodologies Excellent analytical and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
