Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Safety Advisor specializing in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Implement and enhance safety procedures and policies within the organization. Facilitate safety training sessions and workshops for all employees. Investigate and report on safety incidents, determining root causes and preventive measures. Advise management on safety compliance and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Stay updated on safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. At least 15+ years of experience in safety management within the Oil & Gas industry. Extensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Oil & Gas sector. Extensive experience in gas plants or oil and gas sector, with a deep understanding of operational safety issues specific to this industry. Experience in conducting safety training and audits, with a focus on continuous improvement. Prior experience in advisory or management roles where safety strategy, compliance, and performance were key responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote safety awareness. Certifications related to safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
