Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Foreman specializing in Preventive Maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the preventive maintenance operations across various facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning at their highest efficiency. Your expertise will help in reducing downtime and extending the lifespan of critical equipment. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in executing preventive maintenance schedules. Develop, implement, and improve preventive maintenance programs to enhance operational performance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues before they arise. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inspections. Ensure adherence to safety policies and standards during all preventive maintenance procedures. Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of safety and efficiency. Proven experience as a Foreman in the maintenance field, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance. In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, procedures, and safety regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in industrial settings.
