A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is actively looking for a Rig Liaison-man to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. As a prominent talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions within the Oil & Energy sector. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact between the rig and management, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. The Rig Liaison-man will be responsible for coordinating rig activities, managing logistics, and facilitating communication between on-site personnel and company management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing operational performance and ensuring safety compliance. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and management, ensuring clear communication. Coordinate logistics and transportation for crew changes and equipment delivery. Monitor rig operations and performance, providing feedback to management on any issues or concerns. Assist in the planning and scheduling of rig activities and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the rig. Maintain accurate records of rig operations, material usage, and inventory. Facilitate training and development for on-site personnel as needed. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in oil and gas operations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably on drilling rigs. Strong understanding of drilling operations and oilfield logistics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in challenging environments and travel as needed.
