The Innovation Associate will play a crucial role in driving forward-thinking projects and fostering a culture of innovation within our organization. This position requires a proactive approach, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to help transform ideas into implementable strategies that improve processes and enhance performance. Responsibilities Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation within the Company, focusing on both products and processes. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and solutions. Research current market trends and competitive analysis to inform innovation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of innovative projects. Monitor the progress of innovation initiatives and report findings to management. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate ideas, findings, and solutions to stakeholders effectively. Engage with external partners and stakeholders to foster innovation collaborations. Support the development of a strategic innovation framework within the organization. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an innovation and entrepreneurship. Start up experience in Saudi market. Understanding of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex information. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation. Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
