A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Construction Engineer specializing in Oil & Gas to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects related to the oil and gas sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on major projects that play a vital role in the industry and contribute to the economic growth of the region. If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate construction activities for oil and gas projects Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored for the oil and gas sector Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices Liaise with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to align project execution with requirements Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address potential delays or issues Review and approve contractor submittals, including design documents, drawings, and material specifications Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams throughout project lifecycle Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction engineering within the oil and gas sector Strong understanding of oil and gas construction methods, systems, and processes Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale construction projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations Proficiency in project management software and tools
