A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing technical solutions that align with our ECM strategies and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our content management processes. Your expertise will guide the integration of ECM systems with other business applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and adhere to company policies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. If selected, the job location would be onsite. Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes • Would be responsible to do the implementation of [CM and its integration with the concerned systems • Would be responsible for post go live support and handling of any enhancements and issues • Would be responsible to handle the daily users’ issues of business users • Would provide the training in ECM for various roles in the business • Will provide training to other junior consultants to handle SAP [CM • Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise-wide system architectures for [CM deployments, lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution • Serves as a leading authority on architecting the proper enterprise architecture to sustain large volumes of content from multiple sources, such as SAP data, email, documents, and images • Design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server • Build and modify OpenText Content Server workflows, forms, reports, and custom taxonomy/metadata according to specifications and expand upon existing applications to meet ongoing needs • Collaborate on requirements and solution design • Provide estimates and prepare technical specification based on understanding of functional specifications • Design and code based on development standards and approaches • Perform development quality checks . • Implementation experience with capture(OCR) related technology • A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information System • With minimum nine (9) years’ experience in ECM OpenText • With one (1) year experience in S/4HANA end-to-end implementation • With experience of at least two (2) years’ experience in SAP ECC projects implementation. • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English • Ability to work with minimal supervision
