ERAM Talent is in search of a qualified Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the project schedules across various initiatives. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills, to ensure all phases of the project are executed smoothly and on time. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure industries. Strong proficiency in scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Ability to analyze complex project data and provide actionable insights to improve project efficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
