Eram Talent is searching for an experienced BIM Manager to lead our client's BIM initiatives in Abu Dhabi. As a dynamic Talent Acquisition company, we specialize in connecting industry leaders with skilled professionals in engineering and construction. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes across various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence BIM strategy and contribute to innovative project delivery. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the BIM strategy for the organization Manage and coordinate BIM workflows and executions across multiple projects Oversee the creation and maintenance of 3D models and related documentation Provide training and support to project teams in BIM processes and software usage Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM execution Conduct regular assessments of BIM-related technologies and software Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project delivery through BIM Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM management or a similar role Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) Strong understanding of construction processes, practices, and standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to develop and implement BIM procedures and workflows Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with project management and coordination
