Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator Forman to join our dynamic team. As a Fabricator Forman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing fabrication activities, managing a team of fabricators, and ensuring that all processes comply with quality and safety standards. Your expertise in fabrication techniques and materials will be essential in delivering high-quality products that meet client specifications. You will also collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project execution and adherence to design requirements. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fabrication team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of components. Conduct regular inspections of work to guarantee compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Provide guidance and training to team members on fabrication techniques, tools, and safety protocols. Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to maintain production schedules. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to address fabrication challenges and implement solutions. Prepare reports on project progress, fabrication quality, and team performance. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and materials. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the fabrication environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs.
