Eram Talent is actively seeking a qualified Precast Erector / Precast Installer for a project based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and finishing of precast concrete elements at construction sites. Your expertise in handling precast materials and understanding structural integrity is crucial to ensuring safety and quality throughout the installation process. If you have experience in precast construction and are looking to contribute to significant projects in Abu Dhabi, we invite you to apply. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in construction or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast concrete erection, installation, or a similar construction role. Strong knowledge of precast concrete properties, handling procedures, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in construction environments. Experience with rigging, lifting, and the use of heavy machinery is a plus. Excellent physical stamina and strength, able to perform manual labor and heavy lifting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
