Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. As a prominent Talent Acquisition Company, Eram Talent focuses on bridging the gap between exceptional talent and leading employers in various sectors, including Construction, Oil & Gas, and Engineering. The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all lifting operations, ensuring that safety standards are met, and that all lifting equipment is properly maintained and operated. This role demands a proactive approach to safety and compliance, coupled with strong leadership skills. At least 5 years of experience in lifting operations, with a significant portion of that experience in supervisory roles. Proven experience working on large scale construction projects, preferably in the UAE. Thorough understanding of lifting equipment and operations, along with industry regulations. Must possess relevant certifications in lifting operations such as CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent. Familiarity with international safety standards (e.g., LOLER, BS 7121, OSHA). Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams on-site. Ability to interpret and assess lifting plans and engineering drawings. Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices. Willingness to work in a dynamic construction environment, often under pressure. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.
