Eram Talent is currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring efficient financial control within construction projects. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets for construction projects Analyze project documentation, including drawings and specifications, to determine material and labor costs Track project expenditures and provide regular reports to project managers Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors Conduct value engineering and risk assessments Maintain updated records of project costs and changes Assist in preparing tender submissions and proposals Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Strong knowledge of cost estimation processes and practices Proficiency in construction management software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
