Eram Talent, an independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy and a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a highly motivated and competent Planning Engineer for a reputable client in the Oil & Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects, managing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of work in accordance with project timelines. As part of the Eram Talent team, the Planning Engineer will be committed to providing outstanding recruitment solutions, and utilizing their skills and experience to deliver high-quality results for clients and candidates. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, including critical path analysis and resource utilization. Coordinate with project team members to ensure project timelines are met and resources are utilized effectively. Proactively identify project risks or issues and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices to solve complex technical problems. Conduct regular project progress meetings to review progress, identify issues, and develop solutions. Utilize project management software and tools effectively to carry out planning and scheduling activities. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
