Eram Talent is seeking a talented BIM Modular Specialist with expertise in Buildings and Infrastructure to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, we are committed to connecting skilled professionals with opportunities in the construction and engineering sectors. The BIM Modular Specialist will play a vital role in the planning, design, and implementation of modular building solutions, working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy through Building Information Modeling. Responsibilities: Develop and manage modular BIM models for buildings and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure design integrity, compliance with standards, and client specifications. Conduct clash detection and resolve issues during the design phase. Create and maintain 2D and 3D drawings and documentation. Utilize industry best practices to optimize workflows and improve project delivery. Support the integration of modular construction techniques into project planning and execution. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and junior staff members. Continuously update and enhance skills to stay current with industry trends and technologies in BIM. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 13+ years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically for buildings and infrastructure. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and knowledge of modular construction methodologies. Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and relevant building codes. Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope Able to create BIM model out side the building for road, Oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development. Ability to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams. Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of relevant industry software and tools.
