Eram Talent is searching for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design delivery across PDE&C projects, ensuring design quality, compliance, constructability, and alignment with KAUST objectives. The role involves design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical oversight from concept through construction and handing over. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design development from concept to implementation Establish and maintain architectural design standards, guidelines, and best practices Review, approve, and sign off architectural deliverables. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirements. Review plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports. Memos, status reports.  Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, specifications, plans. Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other project discipline toward the success of the project Resolve design conflicts and manage interfaces across disciplines. Chair or contribute to design coordination and technical review meetings. Ensure alignment with client stakeholders Provide architectural leadership during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups Response to RFIs and design clarifications Site inspections and quality reviews Provide technical guidance and mentorship to direct reports architects Review and validate work produced by team members. Contribute to performance development and knowledge sharing. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. A minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools. Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, mainly in housing projects Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members. Demonstrated project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing project requirements.
