Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Civil to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Energy sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing various civil engineering projects while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards. Eram Talent is recognized for our independent talent acquisition solutions, supporting a wide array of industries including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Energy. Responsibilities Design and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and safety regulations. Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and has construction engineering experience on large projects. Coordinates with other functional engineers to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards. Plans, coordinates, and directs the construction work and Construction Subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates. Prepares the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety, and performance of construction to meet project objectives. Must have thorough knowledge of construction practices, economic principles, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement project plans and specifications effectively. Prepare and review project documentation, including Method Statements and risk assessments. Monitor project progress, report on challenges and solutions, and ensure timely execution within budget constraints. Ensure compliance with industry standards and governmental regulations. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction best practices. Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
