Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a talented and driven Project Manager (Civil Engineering) who is an Arab National, to join our dynamic team. We focus on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients across various industries. The selected Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing and executing civil engineering projects, ensuring their success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success. Here are the key responsibilities of this role: Lead the planning and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets. Oversee project execution, from site inspections to coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, including resource allocation, budget management, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Expert understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
