Eram Talent is seeking a highly qualified Engineer - Oil & Gas (PMP Certified) to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, executing, and managing engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate oil and gas engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to meet project deliverables and requirements. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring effective resource allocation. Manage project risks and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders regarding progress and challenges. Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering). PMP Certification is mandatory. Minimum of 8 years of experience in oil and gas project management or engineering roles. Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
