We are currently looking for a Field Compliance Coordinator specializing in Drilling Environment and Gas Plants Environment for one of our prestigious clients in the oil and gas sector. In this role, the Field Compliance Coordinator will ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards within drilling and gas plant operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with field teams, contractors, and management to identify risks, monitor compliance, and implement appropriate safety measures. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs specific to drilling and gas plant environments Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety practices and emergency response procedures Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and risk management Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to drilling and gas operations Ensure documentation and reporting for compliance-related activities are complete and accurate Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in health and safety compliance related to drilling and gas plants Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to conduct effective training and audits Experience in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies Certifications in Occupational Health and Safety are a plus
