In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, and execution of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential civil engineering, including knowledge of local building codes, site development, and project management. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that residential projects meet all design specifications, are completed on schedule, and stay within budget. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential civil engineering. Strong understanding of residential building codes, guidelines, and standards. Proficient in civil engineering software and tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
