Eram Talent is seeking a qualified Safety Officer for a short-term engagement of 3 months. This position is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment across various operations, complying with safety regulations, and promoting health and safety awareness among employees. Responsibilities Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to identify hazards. Implement and oversee safety protocols in compliance with local regulations. Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions. Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety. Report on safety performance and recommend improvements where necessary. Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety officer role. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. NEBOSH or equivalent certification is preferred. Willingness to work on-site and travel if required. Interview: Face to Face Interview in Marafiq, Yanbu. (Mandatory) Contract Start Date: December 2025. Note: The candidate needs to have GOSI & Ajeer. (Mandatory)
