In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and maintenance of various rotating equipment, playing a critical role in ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety standards. As a Senior Engineer, your duties will include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, performing root cause analyses on equipment failures, and ensuring compliance with local and international industry standards. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field A minimum of 10 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering within the oil and energy sector Deep knowledge of the design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery, including pumps, turbines, and compressors Strong familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance Highly developed analytical and strategic problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Prior experience in leading projects or teams is a plus Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
