Eram Talent is a leading company in the Oil & Energy industry, and we are hiring for the position of Schedule Engineer. As a Schedule Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain project schedules using software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and realistic scheduling Identify and address schedule conflicts, delays, and risks Prepare regular reports and status updates on project schedules Implement and maintain schedule change management procedures Monitor project progress and compare against planned schedules Develop and implement scheduling best practices and tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or a related field Previous experience as a Schedule Engineer in the Oil & Energy industry Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Sound knowledge of scheduling principles, project management techniques, and industry standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
