Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company in the Oil & Energy sector, is seeking an experienced Liaison Man for Onshore Oil Drilling operations. The successful candidate will serve as the vital link between the rig personnel and management, ensuring effective communication, smooth operations, and adherence to safety protocols. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating onshore drilling activities, managing logistics, and facilitating the flow of information between various teams. Your insights and expertise will contribute significantly to operational efficiency and safety compliance in onshore drilling projects. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between drilling operations and onshore management, ensuring effective communication and support. Coordinate logistics for personnel and equipment transport, ensuring timely arrival to and from the rig. Monitor drilling operations closely, providing reports and updates to management regarding performance and incidents. Assist in the planning and scheduling of drilling activities and maintenance operations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site-specific policies. Maintain thorough records of operations, inventory, and personnel activities. Promote team building and encourage a safety-first culture among personnel. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a liaison or coordination role within onshore oil drilling operations. Strong understanding of drilling processes, logistics, and safety procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in challenging conditions and possible travel to different drilling sites.
