Eram Talent, a prominent Talent Acquisition Consultancy in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join a leading client firm in Saudi Arabia . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing maintenance strategies to enhance the performance and reliability of oil and gas equipment and facilities. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for oil and gas operations. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align maintenance activities with production requirements. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive best practices. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and spare parts. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, records of equipment status, and monitoring metrics. Support technical training and development of maintenance personnel. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance planning, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector. Strong familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ideally SAP or similar software. Experience in shutdown planning. Proven ability to analyze and interpret maintenance data for optimization purposes. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and best practices in the Oil & Gas industry. Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
